Muhlenberg County Homemakers - your October lesson is all about sorghum.
Sorghum has long been a staple product in Kentucky, but you may not know just how versatile the sorghum plant really is. Join us to learn more about how sorghum syrup is made, about tips for adding sorghum flour to your baking arsenal and figuring out where in our state you can pick up this versatile Kentucky Proud product.
This lesson will be offered via Zoom at 10 AM and 5:30 PM. Please contact our office if you would like the Zoom link emailed to you. You may come to the Extension Office at 10 AM to watch the Zoom if you wish. Please let us know if you plan to attend.
