Event Description
Join us for a month long walking challenge to kick start your fall exercise routine.
Free bio-metric screening the first week provided by the Muhlenberg County Health Department.
We'll meet at the Muhlenberg County Extension Office all month. Join us on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM or Thursdays at 8 AM.
There will be weekly prizes: Fit Bit, Stanley water bottle, belt bag, bluetooth headphones, and a Shoe Sensation gift card.
